Common questions.
- Is the 100/day quota per seat or shared?
- Shared across the team. Five seats means up to five members all drawing from the same 100-unit daily pool. Bearer API keys get separate per-key buckets so a CI burst doesn't burn the team's browser quota.
- Can I use the API and the dashboard from the same account?
- Yes. Bearer keys count against a per-key bucket; dashboard activity counts against the team bucket. The two are independent.
- What models does the analyzer use?
- Both Quick Check and Deep Dive run on Claude Sonnet 4.6 — Quick Check uses a slim schema for a fast read, Deep Dive uses the full schema with adaptive thinking. Running the same model in both modes keeps scores consistent. Drafting workbenches run on Haiku.
- Does the brand kit add latency?
- No. The kit is injected as a second system block on every analysis — the base prompt is still cached. When the kit is empty (default), nothing extra is sent.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Stripe Customer Portal at /account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
- What happens to my keys when I cancel?
- Keys stop working immediately at the start of the next non-Agency period. Mint new ones if you re-subscribe. Saved reports persist.
