What we collect
The commands you type— the text you submit is sent to our servers, processed by an AI model, and cached for up to 3 days so repeat questions don't hit the API again.
Your IP address — used only to enforce the rate limit (30 requests per hour). Not stored beyond the rate-limit window.
Your email address — if you submit your email via the gate form, it is added to The Ad Bench mailing list tagged as a Submissive Chicken user. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Share clips — when you create a share link, the command and response are stored in our database for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
What we don't collect
- — No audio is stored. Voice is synthesized on demand and sent directly to your browser.
- — No advertising pixels or retargeting cookies.
- — No fingerprinting beyond IP-for-rate-limit.

Where data goes
Commands and share clips are stored in Upstash Redis (EU region). Emails go to Mailchimp. Audio synthesis uses ElevenLabs. AI responses use Anthropic Claude.
Your rights
To delete your email from our list, unsubscribe via any email we send you or contact us at hello@theadbench.ai. Share links expire automatically after 30 days. We don't maintain a persistent record of the commands you type unless you create a share link.

We may update this policy. We'll update the date above when we do.
